Mrs. Marguerite G. Knutson, 85, of 1031 N. 17th Street, Manitowoc, died Thursday,
December 11, 1986, at her residence. Private family funeral services will be
Saturday at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Rev. Jeff Vandenheuvel
and Sister Connie Wavrunek will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Knutson was born November 1, 1901 at Menominee, Michigan, daughter of the
late Joseph and Alexina Pilon Hebert. She married Arden O. Knutson at St. Boniface
Catholic Church, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death on January 25, 1974.
Mrs. Knutson was a member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Joan and Claude Barta of Manitowoc
and Nancy Hinkes of Milwaukee; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Armand and
Ceil Hebert of Madison, Clarence and Helen Hebert of Marinette, Wisconsin and
Milton Hebert of Lily, Wisconsin; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Edna Olive
of Milwaukee, Dorothy and George Purcell of Helena, Montana, Rosemary and Francis
Duquaine of Marinette, Wisconsin and Elaine Pratola of Vista, California; eight
grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and
friends. She was preceded in death by three brothers and a grandchild.
There will be no Friday evening visitation at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home of
Manitowoc.
