Remains of Herman Knutzen To Arrive Here on Saturday
The remains of the late Herman J. Knutzen, former Manitowoc resident who died
at Antigo Wednesday will arrive here on the one o’clock train Saturday after-
noon and will be taken direct to Evergreen cemetery here for burial. The
services here will be in charge of the Masonic order. Funeral services will be
held tonight at 7:30 o’clock at the home in Antigo.
The deceased in the early days was a pressman on the old Weekly Citizen and
also at the Manitowoc Pilot. He started railroading here as a fireman on the
Two Rivers run of the Northwestern, and later moved to Antigo, where he has
since resided.
