Hans E. Kock, 58, of 2910 Coolidge Pl., Manitowoc, died Thursday afternoon
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. He had been ill 3 1/2 months.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. L.H. Koeninger will officiate and burial
will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Kock was born at Hamburg, Germany, Aug. 28, 1898, son of the late Otto and
Magdeline Kummerfeldt Kock. He came to Mishicot with his parents in 1900. He
married Neitha Kasten at Two Rivers, June 26, 1926 and the couple came to
Manitowoc. An employe 33 years of the Aluminum Goods Mfg. Co., he was a member
of the International Association of Machinists.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Miss Elaine Kock of Milwuakee and Mrs.
Allen Miller of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Kellerman and Mrs. Magdeline
Nehring of Two Rivers; and a grandson.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, until 10:30 a.m.
Saturday when the casket will be moved to the church where the body will lie in
state until the hour of service.
