Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The
Rev. Jack Luidens will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Konecny, nee Lydia Prohaska, was born May 23, 1895, at Milwaukee, daughter
of the late John and Anna Kolar Prohaska. She was married to Frank Konecny June
6, 1947, at Manitowoc. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the
Order of the Eastern Star No. 196.
Survivors include her husband; three stepsons, Edward, John and Louis of
Manitowoc; a brother, Charles of Milwaukee; two sisters and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where the Eastern
Star Service will be at 7 p.m.
