ANNA KONOP (d. 1938)

Mrs. Joseph Konop, 58, died Friday night at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Orvin Hansen, 1222 South Seventh street. She had been ill 10
weeks.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 9:15 a.m., from the Pfeffer
funeral home and at 9:30 o'clock from the St. Boniface church. Burial
will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Konop, nee Anna Cisler, was born in Kossuth in 1880 and in 1902
was married to Joseph Konop. They moved to Wayside, Brown county, where
Mr. Konop operated a sawmill for years. He died 10 years ago.
Since the death of her husband Mrs. Konop has been making her home with
her children.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Althonse Walters and Mrs. Hansen, city;
son, Joseph, city; four brothers, Joseph, Kellnersville, Adolph, Manitowoc
Rapids, John, Branch, Charles, Whtielaw; sister, Mrs. Anton Trochlell,
city; and three grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home until the hour of the services
Monday.
