MATHILDA KRASE

A sufferer for five years, Mrs. Fred Krause(sic), So. Sixteenth Street, was
relieved by death while at the home of her parents in the country, death coming
as a messenger of deliverance to a soul wearied by an unequal struggle against
incurable disease. Mrs. Krause was 40 years of age and had made her home in the
county all her life, having been born at Two Creeks. Though ill, Mrs. Krause was
up and about until a few days ago and a week ago visited at Mishicott. She was
the mother of three children who survive, her husband having died three years
ago on a train in Utah while on his way from from California where he had gone
for his health. Mrs. Krause is survived by her parents and two sisters, Mrs.
Herman Schwartz and Mrs. Joseph Winter, both of this city. Mrs. Krause bore her
long suffering patiently and uncomplainingly and cared for her family until
forced by weakness to desist. The funeral will be held from the home of her
parents a mile southwest of the city Sunday at 3.
