GRACE A. KRETCHE
Mrs. Roland Kretche, 45, of 812 State street died at her home last
night after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home, the Rev. C.H. Phipps officiating. Burial will
be in the Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Kretche, nee Grace Stueber, was born in 1903 in Manitowoc, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stueber. She attended public schools
here, graduated from Lincoln high school in 1921. She was married to
Roland Kretche in 1923.
Survivors are her husband and her father; a daughter (Survivor omitted
for privacy.); three sisters, Miss Irma Stueber of Chicago, Mrs.
Theodore Staeffler of Granado, Colo., and Mrs. John Liebelt of
Oakfield, Wis.
She was a member of the Lois Society of the Presbyterian church and
of the American Legion auxiliary.
Friends may call at the funeral home from Friday noon until the time
of services Saturday.
