Mrs. Robert J. Kretsch, 50, of 923 N. 22nd St., Manitowoc, died early Thursday morning in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. John Gallagher will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Kretsch, nee Armelia Ann Tyson, was born Aug. 7, 1928, in Valders, daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara Tilger Tyson. She was graduated from Valders High School and was past president of Manitowoc Garden Club. She was married to Robert J. Kretsch Sept. 25, 1946, in St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills.
Survivors include her husband, a son and daughter-in-law, John and Bonnie Kretsch of Whitelaw, and a son, May, serving with the United States Navy in Florida; a daughter, Heidi at home; a brother, Joseph Tyson of Oshkosh; three sisters, Mrs. William (Susie) Fischer of Route 4, Manitowoc, Mrs. Richard (Germaine) Buchner of Milwaukee and Mrs. Merlin (Lillian) Lintner of Gillett; two grandchildren, Chase and Heather Kretsch; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herbert and Gertrude Kretsch; a brother-in-law, Hubert J. Kretsch and a brother-in-law and sister in-law, William and Betty Kretsch of Manitowoc.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, where a prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m.
