NEOMA A. KRIESER

Mrs. Neoma A. Krieser, 82, of 1913 Herman Rd., Manitowoc, died early Tuesday
morning, April 29, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be
10 am Friday at Urbanek and Schlei Pfeffer and Reinbold Funeral Home, Manitowoc.
The Rev. John H. Rasmussen will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Krieser was born Jan. 17, 1904 in Brown County, Wis., daughter of the late
Andrew and Louise VanHaren Hibbard. She grew up and was educated in Brown County.
She was married to George F. Krieser May 31, 1924 at Manitowoc. He preceded her
in death Jan. 26, 1959. Mrs. Krieser was employed at Wisconsin Telephone Company
as an Operator and later as a Cook at Colonial Inn until 1971 when she retired.
Neoma emjoyed the outdoors as well as her cooking and baking.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Howard G. and Juanita Krieser
of Ayers, Mass., and Roy J. Krieser of Manitowoc; a daughter and son-in-law,
Jean M. and James DeSmedt of St. Germaine, Wis.; a brother and sister-in-law,
Joseph and Emily Hibbard of Newton; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Norbert
Daul of Pontiac, Mich.; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by three
brothers, Ben, Ray and George Hibbard and a grandson, James.
Friends and relatives may meet with the family at Urbnek and Schlei Pfeffer and
Reinbold Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 pm to 9 pm Thursday and on Friday until the
hour of service.
