Carol Ann Kronforst, age 48, of 1320 Irving Circle, Manitowoc, passed away late Friday evening, Jan. 30, 2009, at her residence after a courageous battle against cancer.
She was born on Oct. 7, 1960, in Manitowoc, daughter of Elroy Schenian and Diana Block. Carol attended Manitowoc Lincoln High School, graduating with the class of 1978. She was employed at UnitedOne Credit Union in Manitowoc and at Studio Eight. Carol also was a volunteer for Lakeshore Weekend for Kids.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, at First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Marcia Solberg, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, from 4 until 8 p.m. The visitation will continue on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, at First Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
Carol and Carrie had a unique bond that they will always share. This bond is something that will live forever, uniting them always.
