Mrs. E.E. Kruck of 300 Peace Court, Janesville, died Tuesday in Fort Atkinson Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. Private funeral services will be Friday in Hayes-Selierold Funeral Home, Fort Atkinson and burial will be Friday afternoon in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kruck, nee Josephine Sherer was born in Charles city, Iowa and was married to Ernest E. Kruck May 20, 1907 in Manitowoc. Following their marriage they resided in Fond du Lac and Mr. Kruck had been an engineer on the Soo Line Railroad. He preceded her in death January 1, 1946. Mrs. Kruck was a former member of Presbyterian Church, Fond du Lac.
Survivors include a son, Ralph of Fort Atkinson; a daughter, Mrs. L.T. (Dorothy) Monogue of Janesville; a sister, Mrs. Robert (Alma) Schmitz of Manitowoc and three nephews. There will be no visitation.
