Mrs. Norah Emma Kruck, formerly of Manitowoc, died Monday, January 12, 1987 at
Silver Cross Hospital, Joliet, Illinois. Funeral services will be 10 am Friday
at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Richard C. Miller will officiate
and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kruck was born August 16, 1895 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, daughter of the
late John and Augusta Wegner Dorpat. She attended schools in Marshfield, Wisconsin
and was a Librarian from 1912 to 1919. She was married to Michael R. Kruck,
November 12, 1919 at Marshfield; The couple spending most of their life in
Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death in 1976. Mrs. Kruck was a member
of Redeemer Lutheran church and Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael Jr. and Donna Kruck of New
Lenox, Illinois; a sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Gus Beseler of Marshfield;
three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
two sisters.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 5 pm to 8 pm Thursday and from
9 am Friday until the time of services at the church. Memorials may be made to
Bethesda Lutheran Home, Watertown, Wisconsin.
