Paul C. Krueger, 58, of Rt. 2, Kiel, died early Friday morning at Memorial
Hospital in Sheboygan, following a short illness. Funeral services will be
conducted Monday at Trinity Lutheran church in Kiel the Rev. E. G. Behn
officiating, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery Manitowoc.
Mr. Krueger was born in Newton on April 2, 1897, a son of the late August and
Mary Hoefner Krueger. He married the former Esther Free on April 24, 1920. The
couple settled on a farm in Manitowoc Rapids, remaining there 16 years before
coming to the Kiel route 19 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, a son, August of Kiel; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Schnell
of Route 2, Kiel; three brothers, Charles and Edwin of Manitowoc and Adolph of
Newton, a sister, Mrs. Dora Tittle of Manitowoc, and two grandchildren.
