JOHN G. KRUMMEL

John G. Krummel, 43, of 1013 South 19th St., Manitowoc, died suddenly of a
heart attack Saturday at Milwaukee. He and Mrs. Krummel had gone to that city
for a weekend visit when stricken. Mr. Krummel was moved to St. Joseph Hospital,
where he died Saturday evening.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wesley Methodist
Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. John Walker will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Krummel was born in Stangelville in 1908 and in 1936 married Miss Garnet
Gustman. He was manager of the White House Milk Company at Stephenson, Mich.,
for 14 years, returning to Manitowoc in 1950. At Stephenson he was president
of the Men's Brotherhood of the Methodist Church and a past president of the
Lions Club.
Survivors are his wife; two brothers, Joseph of Stangelville and Daniel of
Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. James Dufek of Denmark and Mrs. James Quinn of
San Francisco.
Friends may call at the Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home after Tuesday noon.
The casket will be moved to the church at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
