Mrs. Ruth M. Kuehn, 67, formerly of 2423 Liberty Pl., Manitowoc, died Thursday
evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 8 o’clock this Friday evening at Pfeffer Funeral
Home, Manitowoc, with the Rev. Gerald Schrankler officiating. Family committal
services will be Saturday morning at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kuehn, nee Ruth M. Wendel, was born Nov. 11, 1909, at Milwaukee, daughter
of the late Max and Bertha Giese Wendel. She was married to Harry Kuehn Sept. 27,
1941, at Manitowoc, residing at Manitowoc. Mr. Kuehn preceded her in death
Sept. 16, 1959. Mrs. Kuehn had been employed in the office of Normington Laundry,
Manitowoc, and was a Holy Family Hospital volunteer. She was a member of St. John
United Church of Christ.
Survivors include a brother, Oliver Wendel, of Tullahoma, Tenn., a sister, Mrs.
Mildred Wieland, of Manitowoc, an aunt, Mrs. Loretta Giese, of Milwaukee and
nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home after 4 o’clock this Friday afternoon
until the time of service.
