THIRD STROKE PROVES FATAL TO AGED WOMAN
Suffering a third stroke early this morning at the family home at 1234 Twelfth
street, Mrs. Charles Kuentz, nee Truettner, after over three years suffering,
was summoned by death. Mrs. Truettner was seventy years of age.
Burn in the Town of Newton June 20, 1857, Mrw. Truettner spent her early days
there and in 1881 was married, later removing to this city in 1898 where the
couple has since reided.
Those surviving are her husband, one brother, William of Milwaukee and one sister,
Mrs. Louise Luckow of this city.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at two from the German Lutheran
church, Rev. Machmiller officiating, and burial will be at Evergreen.
