Leonetta Kuenzi, age 98, of 1020 Hill St., Watertown, passed away on Wednesday,
September 2, 1998, at Marquardt Memorial Manor.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 5, 1998, at Bethany Chapel
at Marquardt Manor Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Gail Broderson-Heins,
with family burial Tuesday, September 8, 1998, in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The former Leonetta Frosch was bron (sic) on March 8, 1900, in Grimms, Wis.,
daughter of the late R.G. and Emma (Radder) Frosch. On July 14, 1934, she married
Samuel M. Kuenzi in Watertown. He preceded her on February 8, 1961. She was a
graduate of the State Teachers College, Stevens Point, and had taught school for
many years. She was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, the Lydia Circle,
Saturday Club, Watertown Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, and Watertown Historical
Society.
Survivors include a nephew, Francis R. (Julie) Dietl, Tulsa, Okla.;l a grand
nephew, Mathew Dietl; and other relatives and friends. She was further preceded
in death by one sister, Dorothy Dietl; and one brother, Maitland Frosch.
Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services
at 11 a.m.
