KATHERINE KUMMER

Mrs. Emil Kummer, 65, of 630 South 19th street, died yesterday at the Holy
Family hospital following a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer funeral
home. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery. The body may be viewed at
the funeral home from 7 p.m. Thursday until time of the services Saturday.
Mrs. Kummer, nee Katherine Felber, was born July 13, 1880, at Manitowoc Rapids.
She was married to Mr. Kummer in 1924. She was a member of the Germania society
and the auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Survivors include the husband, two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Zinkel of Marathon
and Mrs. Leon Kassarjian of Detroit; three sons, Harry and William Wagner of
Manitowoc and Sidney Wagner of Chicago; a step-son, Edward Kummer of Manitowoc
Rapids; a brother, Peter Felber of Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Jay Dicke of
Manitowoc, Miss Marie Felber of Iowa City, Iowa; and Mrs. E. J. Dueno of Chicago;
and ten grandchildren. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 7 p.m.
Friday evening.
