ELLA R. KUNISH

Mrs. Ella R. Kunish, 81, of 1405 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at
1:30 p.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. John Hephner will
officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kunish, nee Ella R. Klinkner, was born Feb. 8, 1891, at Manitowoc, daughter
of the late Nicholas and Barbara Zanner Klinkner. She was married to John Kunish
in 1913. He preceded her in death in 1914. She was employed at Wisconsin Telephone
Co., Manitowoc, for 43 years prior to her retirement in 1956. She was a member of
the Telephone Pioneers of America and the St. Ann Christian Mothers Altar Society.
Survivors include a son, Edward J., of Manitowoc; a brother, George, of Manitowoc;
a sister, Miss Isabel, of Manitowoc; three grandchildren and three great grand-
children.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday where a memorial
service will be held at 8 p.m.
