Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Kunish, 87, 1217 South Tenth street, who died
earlier this week, took place Friday afternoon from the Wattawa, Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Kunish, nee Mary Krch, was born in Czecho-Slovakia on Januuary 5, 1856.
She came to this country 68 years ago and in 1880 was married to Matt Kunish.
He died 17 years ago.
A daughter, Mrs. Thomas Posvic, and a son, Frank Kunish, both of this city,
survive along with six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
