Mrs. Katie Kunz, 83, of 709A Hancock St., Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning at
Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
with the Rev. Gervase Zanotti officiating. Burial will be Evergreen Cemetery.
The former Katie Cenefels was born Sept. 15, 1875, in the Town of Kossuth,
daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Pribyl Cemefels. She was married Nov. 17,
1903, at Manitowoc to John Kunz. The couple operated a farm in the Town of
Kossuth and after his death in 1936 Mrs. Kunz moved to Manitowoc in 1944.
Surviving are a son, Ladimir of Rt. 2, Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. James Schultz
of Manitowoc; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A son, Edwin,
died in 1929.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
