Mrs. Ellen LaCourt, 92 of 722A N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, died late Wednesday morning in Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held 9 a.m. Friday in Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 9:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Zimmer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. LaCourt, nee Ellen Murphy, was born Oct. 22, 1897, in Baraga, Mich., daughter of the late Tomas and Margaret Demgen Murphy. She was married to Michael LaCourt. Mrs. LaCourt was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Flaa(sic) of Manitowoc; two granddaughters, Mr. Donald (Mary Ellen) Schweitzer of Cudahy and Mrs. Alden (Nancy) Cyr of Worchester, Mass.; and three great grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Friends may call in Parkside Funeral Home 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Thursday afternoon where a prayer service will be at 8 o'clock.
