HILDA LAROCK
Mrs. Clarence (Hilda) LaRock, 78 of Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Monday evening in Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Thursday in First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Norval W. Kock will officiate and burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. LaRock, nee Hilda M. Kiesow, was born Jan. 23, 1900 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Henry and Anna Schnell Kiesow. She resided in Manitowoc all her life. She was married to David Stewart in 1920. He preceded her in death in 1955. She was married to Clarence LaRock, Sept. 25, 1976. Mrs. LaRock was a member of the Senior Citizens and First German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence of Manitowoc; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Carl (Myrtle) Kiesow of Manitowoc and Mrs. Herbert (Flora) Kiesow of Liberty; nieces and nephews also survive. Two brothers, Herbert and Carl, preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 pm to 9 pm Wednesday and until 11:30 am Thursday when the casket will be moved to the church where the body will lie in state from noon until the time of service.
