MRS. M. LARSEN PASSES AWAY AT AGE OF 70
Death came to end a nine months’ illness for Mrs. Elizabeth Larsen, wife of
Mons Larsen, at the family home in the town of Rapids Tuesday and she passed
away calmly and peacefully. Mrs. Larsen, who was born on October 10, seventy
years ago, had been a resident of Manitowoc for twenty-one years, coming here
from Chicago where the family formerly resided.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Marie and Agnes at home
and one son, Peter, who resides at Schiller Park, Ill. One brother, Andrew
Jersten, Chicago, and a sister in Norway also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon from the home at 1:30 with
burial at Evergreen cemetery.
