THOMAS LARSON (d. 2007)

Thomas Larson, age 68, formerly of 411 Forest Home Drive, Francis Creek, currently
a resident of St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc, died Saturday morning, Aug. 18, 2007,
at St. Mary's Home.
Thomas was born on Jan. 21, 1939, in Manitowoc, son of the late Markey O. and
Margaret Wotruba Larson. He graduated from Mishicot High School with the class
of 1957. On Oct. 8, 1960, Thomas married the former Shirley Aulik at St. Boniface
Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He served as a Medical Specialist in the United States
Army through the Cuban Crisis and the Vietnam Era from 1962 to 1968. Thomas was
employed as a truck driver for the Rockwell Lime Co. and later Vander Vart, Inc.
He enjoyed golfing, target shooting and wood working. Thomas also loved to travel.

He also is preceded in death by one brother: Orlis Larson, Sr.; one sister: Marge
Larson; and one infant brother: Osman Larson.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, at St. Anne
Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be
the Rev. Paul Paider with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc, where graveside
military rites will be accorded by the American Legion-Drews Bleser Post No. 88.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis
Creek on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the outstanding staff at St.
Mary's Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown toward Tom and his family.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc is assisting the
family with funeral arrangements.
