ROBERT A. LEMBERGER

Robert A. Lemberger, age 69, formerly of 3901 County Road Q, currently residing
at Walnut Grove Assisted Living Home, Manitowoc, finally found peace on Wednesday,
Feb. 10, 2010, after his long struggle with devastating Dementia.
Bob was born on June 7, 1940, in Cato, son of the late Harold and Julia (Radey)
Lemberger. He helped on the family farm in Cato until its sale and then resided
in Whitelaw. Bob graduated from Valders High School in 1958, and moved to Manitowoc
where he worked. His field of work always involved heating, air conditioning,
service and mechanical repair, retiring in 2003 from Lakeside Maintenance Inc.,
which handled the maintenance of the Anhaueser-Busch Malt Plant. Bob was active
in many activities over the years including the Boy Scouts, Shoto Conservation
Club and Manitowoc Yacht Club working on many improvements and projects. He enjoyed
cross-country skiing, fishing, hunting and helping others with their projects.

He was preceded in death by his stepmother: Leona; a sister and brother-in-law:
Marilyn and Bill Weier; his son-in-law: Matt LeGreve; his mother-in-law: Dorothy
Rehrauer; a great-nephew: Michael Dallas; and the mother of his children: Nancy.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, at St.
Francis of Assisi on Waldo, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S.
14th St., Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, 2010. A prayer service
will be held at 7:30 p.m. led by the Rev. Richard Klingeisen. There will be no
visitation at the church before Mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes any memorials be made to Dementia research,
the Shoto Conservation Club toward their scholarship program, or Camp Sinawa.
The family wishes to thank (private) and her very special and compassionate angels
at Walnut Grove for their daily care given to Bob over the past year.
