HENRIETTA LEU

Mrs. Jacob Leu, 64, of 906 South 22nd street, died Saturday night at the Holy Family hospital after an illness of two weeks. She had undergone an operation.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss of St. John's Evangelical church officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. The body will lie in state from 7
o'clock this evening until the hour of the funeral, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Leu, nee Henriette Leverenz, was born in Terre Haute, Ind., on April 28, 1876 and she came to Manitowoc in 1917 and had lived here since. She was married on March 20, 1896, to Mr. Leu.

Survivors are the widower; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Stoer of Two Rivers; three sons, Albert of Manitowoc, Jacob of Mason City, Iowa and Walter of Milwaukee; one sister, Mrs. D.T. Clarke of McAlester, Oklahoma; one brother, A.F. Leverenz of Chanute, Kansas; and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Leu was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
