SOPHIA LINDEMANN

Mrs. Emil J. Lindemann, 74, of 2826 Memorial Dr., Two Rivers, died Wednesday
at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. N. W. Kock will officiate and burial will
be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Lindemann, the former Sophia Sievert Jimenez, was born May 12, 1893, at
Manitowoc, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Drobka Sievert, and was married
to Mr. Lindemann Aug. 29, 1936. She was a member of the church Ladies Aid Society
and the Two Rivers Homemakers.
Survivors include the husband, two sons, Edward and Joseph Jimenez of Two Rivers;
a stepdaughter, Mrs. Edrie Dick of Chicago; a stepson, Harold Lindemann of Miami,
Fla.; three brothers, John Sievert of Two Rivers, Gust Mrotek of Corpus Christi,
Texas, and Charles Mrotek of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. Gusta Dahm of Two Rivers;
three grandchildren; three step grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Two
brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m.
Friday until 11 a.m. Saturday at the church until time of service.
