Mrs. Arthur A. (Blanche L.) Manheimer, 88, a former Manitowoc resident, died Monday, Oct. 8, at Odd Fellows Rebekah Home, Green Bay.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Manheimer, nee Blanche Johnson, was born May 26, 1891, in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Theodore and Karen Johnson. She was married to Arthur A. Manheimer Aug. 31, 1912, at Manitowoc. He preceded her in death Sept. 23, 1967.
Survivor include a son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Elizabeth Manheimer of Green Bay; a granddaughter, Mrs. James (Diane) Brne (sic) of South Holland, Ill., four great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Harry (Hilda) Gillens of Leheigh Acres, Fla., and nieces and nephews. A brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Wisconsin Heart Association.
