LUCILLE THERESA (MUENCH) MARSHBURN

Lucille T. Marshburn, age 91, of 2005 Division St., Manitowoc, died Monday
morning, July 24, 2006, at St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at St.
Francis of Assisi Parish-Waldo Blvd. Site. The Rev. Gerald Foley will
celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial, with burial to follow at Evergreen
Cemetery.
The former Lucille Muench was born May 21, 1915, in Whitelaw, daughter of the
late Alois and Anna Riederer Muench. On June 27, 1944, Lucille was married to
Reubin Marshburn at St. Michael Catholic Church in Whitelaw. Reubin preceded
Lucille in death on Oct. 23, 1999. Lucille was employed in the past by Mirro
Aluminum Company for 15 years, the Vets Club, Sisters of Holy Innocents Parish,
and was Holy Innocents Congregation funeral dinner chairperson for many years.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Catholic Womens Club, VFW
Otto-Oas Post 659 Auxiliary, past member of Holy Innocents Parish, and the
Christian Women of Holy Innocents Parish.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: William (Bonnie) Marshburn of
Manitowoc; two grandchildren: Michael (Angela) Marshburn of Manitowoc; Nicole
(Brian) Staudinger of Manitowoc; one great-granddaughter: McKenzie Staudinger
of Manitowoc; one sister: Agnes Kocian of Manitowoc; two brothers and three
sisters-in-law: Walter (Dorothy) Muench of Whitelaw; Norbert (Margaret) Muench
of Whitelaw; Luella Muench of Manitowoc; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law
include: Mervin (Ann) Marshburn of Richlands, N.C.; Gordon (Joyce) Marshburn
of Richlands, N.C.; Peggy Ann Marshburn of Richlands, N.C.; Ruth Marshburn of
Richlands, N.C.; Velma Valley of Richlands, N.C.; Lydia Mae Austin of Charleston,
S.C.; Robert Raynar of Clinton, N.C.; nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends survive. She was preceded in death by her husband: Reubin; four brothers:
Bernard, Oscar, Louis and Richard Muench; three sisters-in-law: Lydia Muench,
Agnes Muench, and Essie Raynar; three brothers-in-law: Alton Marshburn; DeWitt
Marshburn; and Clarence Kocian.
Relatives and friends may call at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of
Manitowoc on Tuesday (TONIGHT), from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Wednesday at the
church from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. There will be a parish
prayer service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. led by Deacon Kenn
Nelesen.
Memorial donations would be appreciated for the Roncalli High School Scholarship
Fund.
