P. J. MCCULLY OLD RESIDENT PASSES AWAY
Peter J. McCully, native of and life long resident of Manitowoc county,
died at his home on North Fifth street Thursday, aged 64. Death was the
result of kidney trouble and came after a serious illness of but one
week. The funeral of Mr. McCully will be held tomorrow morning at 9
o'clock from Sacred Heart church with interment at Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Cully was born in town of Cato, this county, and spent his life up
to twelve years ago on a farm in that vicinity. The family removed to
the city at that time and has since resided here. Besides the widow, Mr.
McCully is survived by two adopted children, Mrs. M.L. Kellner and John B.
McCully who has just returned from service overseas with the American
forces. Three brothers, Niel of this city, John of Clark's Mills and
Edward of Weed, California and one sister, Mrs. A.F. McGillis of
Menominee also survive.
