EDWIN F. MORRIS
Edwin F. Morris, 77, of 217 Church Street, Mishicot, died Tuesday evening,
September 25, at home.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot.
The Rev. Herbert Kesting will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Morris was born November 14, 1906, at Marengo, Illinois, son of the late
Henry J. and Nora Pinner Morris. He married the former Hildegard Kessler on
October 18, 1935, at Rockford, Illinois. Mr. Morris was plant supervisor for
the Weyerhauser company of Manitowoc, retiring in 1963. The couple lived in
Manitowoc operating an orchard known as the Morris Fruit Farm until moving to
Mishicot in 1969.
Survivors include his wife, Hildegard; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald
and Susan Morris of Route 2 Mishicot and Russell Morris of San Diego, California;
a sister, Mrs. Laura Andersen of San Diego, California; five grandchildren,
Michell Bock, Michael and Grant Morris, Martha Peters and Nona Davis and five
great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday
evening.
