JULIA MUELLER (d. 1958)
Mrs. August Mueller, 72, of 826 N. 10th t., Manitowoc, died Friday evening at
Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, after a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Urbanek & Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Arthur Johnson will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Mueller was born May 12, 1886, at Feyette, Mich., daughter of the late
Wenzel and Barbara Hallhalma Benishek. She was married at Branch Feb. 3, 1914,
to August Mueller and the couple operated a farm at Five Corners, moving to
Manitowoc 11 years ago.
Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Milton Kornelly of Manitowoc,
Mrs. Robert Wellner of Whitelaw and twin sisters, Jewel and June at home; a
son, Loyal of Manitowoc; a brother, James Benishek of Branch; four sisters,
Mrs. Joseph Hall of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, Mrs. Edward Hessel of Francis Creek,
Mrs. Sophie Brunig of Branch and Mrs. Louis Kukral of Denver, Colo.; 14 grand-
children and 3 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
