LEWIS PAUL STEVENS
Lewis P. Stevens, age 72, of 17765 Hideaway Ct., Mishicot, Wis., died Monday
evening, January 4, 1999, at his residence, following a courageous battle with
cancer.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 1999, at
Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Rev. Robert Seimensen will
officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born April 27, 1926, at Milwaukee, Wis., son of Lucille Stevens. He grew
up and was educated in Milwaukee, Wis. He was married to Marian J. Rathsack,
October 30, 1967, at Waukegan, Ill. The family moved to Manitowoc County in 1970,
to make their residence.
Survivors include his wife, Marian; his mother Lucille Rolo, West Bend, Wis.; his
children include, Debora and Gary Popp, rural Two Rivers, David Corbeil, St. Cloud,
Fla., Denis and Chloe Corbeil, Tipler, Wis., Donald Corbeil, Tipler, Wis., Daniel
and Susan Corbeil, Manitowoc, Alta and Kevin Valenta, Denmark, Wis.; 21 grand-
children; six great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and
Patricia Harry, Plover, Wis., Doyle and Lorraine Rolo, Manitowoc; one sister and
brother-in-law, Margaret and John Julson, West Bend, Wis.; and mother-in-law Esther
Rathsack, Manitowoc, also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Diana Groelle; three grandchildren,
Robert, Melody and Selena; one brother, Steven.
