Messages received here advised of the death at Milwaukee of Ernst Wetenkamp,
former Manitowoc resident. He operated a farm in Manitowoc Rapids before moving
to Milwaukee.
Funeral servicees will be held in Milwaukee Thursday and the body will be brought
here in the afternoon for interment in Evergreen cemetery.

Funeral services for Ernest Wetenkamp, 86, former Manitowoc resident who died
in Milwaukee, will be held tonight at 8 o’clock at the Froemming funeral chapel
24th street and West Fond du Lac avenue in Milwaukee under the auspices of
Lafayette lodge No. 265, F. and A.M. The body will be brought to this city
Thursday morning, arriving at 11 o’clock. Short services will be conducted at
the grave in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Wetenkamp died at the home of his son, Paul, of 2477 North 20th street,
Milwaukee, with whom he made his home. He was a retired carpenter. He had lived
in Milwaukee since 1921.
