Ervin Wolfert, 38, of 1120 South 23rd street, died Sunday afternoon, following
a long illness.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Wattawa, Urbanek and
Schlei funeral home, with interment in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Wolfert was born in this city in 1904, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wolfert.
In 1924 he married Miss Rena Bartelli. For a number of years he was employed as
a crane operator at the Manitowoc Ship Building Company.
Survivors are the widow; daughter, Mrs. John Hlinek, of this city; parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Wolfert, of this city; brother, Arthur, of Milwaukee; three sisters,
Mrs. Ted Weyna and Mrs. Francis Prue, of this city, Louise, of Milwaukee; and a
grandchild.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home.
