MARY ZAHORIK
Mary M. Zahorik, 92, of 715 N. Water St., Manitowoc, died late Monday evening, March 19, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 1:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. William Zimmer and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Zahorik, nee Mary Magdalen Hartl, was born June 10, 1892, at Seymour, Wis., daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Kronsnoble Hartl. She moved to Manitowoc as a young girl where she married Daniel C. Zahorik on June 7, 1919, at Manitowoc. He preceded her in death May 14, 1978.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Marion and Don Lang of Manitowoc; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jann Zahorik of New Berlin, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. Sophia Schipper of Manitowoc, Mrs. Lucy Kirt and Mrs. Julia Rowe of Francis Crek; nine grandchildren, Mike and Steven Zahorik and Barbara Enerson of New Berlin, David, Richard, John and Patti Lang and Lori Nennig of Manitowoc and Marleen Berth of Rhinelander, Wis., and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Lester, and three sisters.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday were a prayer service will be at 7 p.m.
