Survivors include his parents, one sister, four brother's, numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. Predeceased by one brother Joe, and maternal and Paternal grandparents.
Funeral services were held Sunday April 25, 1971, in the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Tillman officiating. With burial following thereafter.
Palbearers were Billy Overstreet, Jesse Ferguson, Hobert Collins, Coy Gilbert, Charles Lambert, and Everett Heart.
