Gladys Evelyn Armstrong, 90, of Aurora, IN, departed this life at her home on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Leroy Armstrong, a son, Edward Armstrong of Aurora, IN, a daughter, Jennifer Armstrong Kruse of Ft. Wayne, IN, 5 grandchildren, Anthony Armstrong of Denver, CO, Cindy Armstrong of Cincinnati, OH, Danielle Cento of Florence, KY, Brandy Armstrong of Nashville, TN, a granddaughter, Lesley Mullen and 2 great-grandchildren, Michael & Matthew Mullen all of Ft. Wayne, IN.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Gladys was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Dillsboro Church of Christ.

She was an avid reader, an excellent seamstress and enjoyed knitting.

Gladys loved being with and spoiling her family.

She will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home at 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

Funeral Services will immediately follow.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
