She was a daughter of the late Albert and Annie Smith Staub.
Mrs. McMaster was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Gettysburg; the Gettysburg Moose Auxiliary 182; and AARP. She was a life member of the Bonneauville Fire Company and a life member and past president of the Catholic War Veterans Post 1342 Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John McMaster, who departed this life September 20, 1986, and is survived by five sons, Albert McMaster, Robert McMaster, Larry McMaster, and Donald McMaster, all of Gettysburg and Samuel McMaster of Abilene, TX; two daughters, Elizabeth Kachel of Tampa, FL, and Bernadette Sterner of Gettysburg; 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Genevieve Staub of McSherrystown.
She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Joseph McMaster; five brothers, Lester Staub, Wilbur Staub, Earl Staub, Laverne Staub and Raymond Staub, and one sister, Arlene Miller.
