Mrs. Joe Allen,
Mrs. Sallie Cox Allen, 88, of the Kingston Community died at Davis Nursing Home at Richmond Monday afternoon, March 8, where she had been a patient for a few days after leaving Cameron Community Hospital.
Mrs. Allen was the widow of Joe H. Allen. She was receded in death by her parents, Mrms. John D. Cox; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Laurie Cash, Mrs. Nancy McClain and Althea.
Mrs. Allen is survived by one son, Paul Allen, of Kingston.
The body was returned to Bram-Clark Funeral Home at Kingston.
The funeral service for Mrs. Allen was held Wednesday morning, March 10, at 11 at Bram-Clark Chapel in Kingston, conducted by Rev. Robert W. Grant. Interment was in Highland Cemetery.
