While further records research is needed.....I strongly believe this individual be:

1SG George W. Reynolds, Co. K, 68th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Died of Wounds - Gettysburg, PA - July 13, 1863.

The US Register of Deaths of Volunteers; 1861-1865 (See ancestry.com) listed 1SG Geo. Reynolds, K/68 PA as dying of wounds on July 13th, 1863.

The Pennsylvania and New Jersey Church and Town Records/ Family History & Genealogical Society File (See Ancestry.com) lists a SGT George Reynolds as being buried on July 22nd in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA

There is a separate record under The Pennsylvania and New Jersey Church and Town Records/ Family History & Genealogical Society File (See Ancestry.com) for simply a "George Reynolds" who died on July 13, 1863 and was buried on July 22, 1863 in the American Mechanics Cemetery in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA. He was later disinterred on June 22, 1951 and reinterred on June 27, 1951 in the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, Chester County, PA.

Aside from the possible transcription error of the middle initial of "W." to "R."; the age of 36 years old matches the military records of 1SG George W. Reynolds, along with the corresponding dates of death and original burial, the disinterment and movement of several Philadelphia Cemeteries, that included several soldier burials, to the Philadelphia Memorial Park and the Philadelphia National Cemetery consolidated system all point to the most probable answer that this grave and associated virtual memorial on Find-a-Grave belong to a hero of the Battle of Gettysburg - 1SG George W. Reynolds of Company K, 68th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry.
