JAMES H. COCHRAN
James H. Cochran, aged 72, died yesterday at his home, 2306 Perrysville ave., Northside. He was born in Franklin townshi and lived in Pittsburg most of his life. He was a member of Post 88 G.A.R., and Knap's battery, having served in many important engagements during the war. He engaged in the contracting and building business in the firm of Cochran & Davis 40 years ago, and retired two years ago. One daughter, Miss Rachel L. Cochran; one son, James Logan Cochran, of Minneapolis, Minn., and two grandchildren survive.
