Theodore Erickson, 83, 2103 Hankin St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Valders, the Rev. Jerry E. Moe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born Jan. 22, 1875, in the Town of Rockland. He operated a farm at Valders for many years, moving to Manitowoc 12 years ago. His wife, the former Mathilda Evanson, preceded him in death in March 1942.
He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and the Church Brotherhood.
Survivors include four sons, Lawrence and Leverone of Chicago, Ernest and Russell of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Kurt Kalkbrunner of Barrington, Ill., and Mrs. Clarence Krueger of Manitowoc; several nieces and nephews; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Berge Funeral Home, Valders, after 3 p.m. Thursday until 10:30 a.m. Friday when the body will be moved to the church to lie in state until the hour of service.
