GEORGE W. ABBOTT, 68, of 59 Seminary Avenue, Binghamton died at 6:30 a. m. today at his home, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth R. Abbott of Binghamton; two daughters. Mrs. Marjorie E. Padbury of Endicott and Mrs. Charlotte M. Gage of Maine,
N. Y.; a son, Harry W. Abbott of Maine; 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren, a sister Mrs. Emma Nichols of Johnson City, several nieces and nephews. He was a retired Lehigh Valley Railroad employee. The body was moved to the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, where the family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to
