Born in Canada, the son of Joseph Faille aka Fayette and Phebe aka Flavie Boyer. He was a farmer, residing in Chasm Falls after taking part in the Civil War and resided on Fayette Rd. He married first, Mary Eliza Conto and had two children before 1860, namely Fred and Mary Eva. When he returned from the war, the census lists him married to Harriet Lucinda Sherwin and Fred and Mary Eva are residing with them. In addition, Harrison and Harriet had George Albert, Harriet, Edmund Eugene, Chester Harrison, and my grandfather, Delbert D. Fayette. When Harriet died in 1887, he married a 3rd time to a widow, Delia Stone Jones. They had a daughter Cora Emmeline. After his death, Delia moved to Saranac Lake and died there.
