Adams, James F. 91, of Webster Groves, passed away on, Monday, August 20, 2012.

Beloved husband of the late Betty Jane, (nee Schindler) Adams; loving father of Thomas (Anna) Adams, Richard Adams and David Adams; dear grandfather of Lisa Potter, Katherine (Donald) Musick, Jeffrey Adams, Sarah Martin, Michelle Adams, & Rebecca Adams; great grandfather of Hailey Potter & Sophia Musick; beloved brother of Barbara Huber and the late Thomas Adams; our dear uncle and friend to many.

Jim will be remembered for many things, besides his love for his family, his work at Monsanto for 43 years, he played a leadership role with the Boy Scouts of America for over 50 years. He was also a noted historian and editor for the Webster Groves Nature Society. Services:

Visitation 4-8 pm, Monday, August 27, 2012, Gerber Chapel 23 W. Lockwood Ave., Webster Groves (968-2000). Memorial service 11:00 am Tuesday, August 28, 2012 Webster Groves Presbyterian Church, 45 W. Lockwood Ave. Interment private St. Paul Cemetery. Contributions in memory are suggested to Boy Scouts of America, c/o St. Louis Council, 4568 West Pine Blvd., St. Louis, MO. 63108-2179 or the Alzheimer's Association 9374 Olive Blvd., Ste 101 St. Louis, MO 631323253.
