Michael J. Hartnett, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on August 23, 2012 after a long and difficult illness. He was 77. Michael was a graduate of the Wharton School of The University Of Pennsylvania and a partner in Hummell Engineering Corp., a mechanical contracting firm in Philadelphia, PA. After thirty years, he sold the business and retired in 1998. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Eileen Flannery Hartnett, of Wilmington, DE; and his daughter, Kelly Hartnett Leifheit (Larry), of Philadelphia, PA, as well as two nieces.
