Marshall N. Nusbaum, retired farmer, died at his home Sams Creek, near New Windsor, Tuesday, December 7, 1954, at 3:10 P. M. Death occured following a hip fracture six weeks ago. Mr. Nusbaum was born January 29, 1868, in Frederick County, a son of the late Isaiah and Margaret Naill Nusbaum and was aged 86 years.
He was twice married his first wife having been the late Jennie Buckey. His second marriage was to Maude Stem Nusbaum who survives him, also a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Bond, Reisterstown, and a son, Chester M. Nusbaum, New Windsor. Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, one brother, C. Edgar Nusbaum, New Windsor. Mr. Nusbaum was a member of Bethel Methodist Church.
