Miss Esther Ebert, 37, of Reedsville, died Thursday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Ebert Sr., following a lingering illness.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Reedsville Cooperative funeral home and at 2 o'clock at the Evangelical United Brethren church in the town of Rockland. The Rev. Martin Hoeft will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.
Born on a farm in the town of Rockland in 1912, Miss Ebert has lived with her parents in the village of Reedsville since moving there from the farm.
Surviving, in addition to the parents, are three brothers, Carvel and Gerald at home and William Jr., on the Rockland farm; and one sister, Mrs. Adolph Svatek of the town of Maple Grove.
The body may be viewed at the Reedsville funeral home after 4 p.m. Saturday.
